Obtaining Cresselia
The only way to obtain this rare Pokemon, is getting the mapping app from the Poketch President in Jubilife City. After you have that, keep and eye on it, while running around Sinnoh, and you should see a figure on the map. If you enter a building, it moves to a different location, so the trick is to keep going in and out of buildings, and flying around until you match up with the location of the Pokemon. If you in the same area as the Pokemon, go in the nearest grass, and search around until you encounter a wile Pokemon. Chances are the it will be Cresselia!
