Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Global Trade Station
This is a really neat feature to the game. I think being able to trade with
anyone and everyone around the world is really cool.Fly to Jubilife City, one of the biggest towns in the game, and go to the left of the Pokémon center. You should come to a rather big building, (you can NOT enter this place at the very starting of the game) enter it. Talk to the lady behind the counter, and she should let you in. You can do more than just look at Pokémon here, you can put you Pokémon up for trade and someone will just take it, and trade you something you are looking for! You can also seek Pokémon and if you have the requested Pokémon at the right level, trade! Here is the more detailed info on each category Putting Pokémon up For Trade
After speaking to the lady, she will let you pass, and make sure you are in a area with a computer with the wi fi connection installed! If you do not have this, trading is not possible. You may get it at your local Wal-mart or Futureshop for about 45 bucks. Now, assuming you have this, you should now be in the "lobby" where you can choose either "deposit a Pokémon" or "trade" click Deposit. Ok, now you need to pick a Pokémon you want to put up for trade. After you have chosen you now have to pick a Pokémon you want for the Pokémon you are putting up. Make sure its pretty reasonable, if you put a level 4 Starly, wanting a level 100 Dialga, I don't think anyone will trade you, so keep it close. Now next you choose the level of the Pokémon you want and the gender, and it will be put over the net! If you come back in a couple of days, it is pretty likely that someone will have accepted you offer, and you should have a new Pokémon on your hands! =D Trading With Others In General
This one is pretty easy, just choose the "Trade Pokémon" in the lobby, and pick a Pokémon with the level you want, and the gender, and it will search up all the people in the world who are putting that Pokémon up for trade. select a person, and if you happen to have the Pokémon they requested, you can accept, and
receive the new
Pokémon! ^v^.I hope you now know about trading ^v^. In some cases, you get ripped off, with a Pokémon that has all HM's for moves, and has bad stats, but some people are friendly and play fair ^__^. |
