Here are all the Pokemon that appear from a Pokeball.

Name: Bellossom
Type: Grass
Attack: Sleep Powder
Details: Bellossom dosen't move and waits for a foe to come close. If you get too close to the Pokemon, you are put to sleep, leaving you open for attacking.

Name: Bonsly
Type: Rock
Attack: (Walks around doing nothing)
Details: Bonsly may look useless, but he is actually very helpful. No matter who throws him out of his Pokeball, he will just walk around harmlessly until someone picks him up and chucks him at an opponent! If you are hit by this little tree Pokemon, you will probably go shooting into the distance. Since he is a heavy rock type Pokemon, he will do serious damage, so watch out!

Name: Celebi
Type: Grass/Pyschic
Attack: (Flies around doing nothing. May leave trophies)
Details: You think Celebi, a rare Pokemon would do something totally awesome! Well, your wrong. He just flies around all gracefully leaving Trophies, stickers, or Music (CDs).

Name: Chikorita
Type: Grass
Attack: Razor Leaf
Details: Chikorita shoots out a Razor Leave attack that hits any foes in the horizontal direction the Pokemon was facing.

Name: Deoxys (attack form)
Type: Psychic
Attack: Hyperbeam
Details:. Once released from its Pokeball, it will fly up above everyone and let out a huge beam of blue light that does maximum damage to anyone who gets hit. It doesn't just shoot everywhere, you can easily dodge it. It will shoot out in a vertical line straight below where it is flying.

Attack: Explosion
Details: Electrode is a nasty Pokemon. He is just like the Bombs that walk around blowing anyone up who touches them. Once He is released from his Pokeball, he charges up, and then lets out a huge explosion. If you are near when he explodes you are probably finished!

Attack: Fire Spin
Details: Entei will stand where it is released, and then erupt in a massive Fire Spin. Don't stand above Entei when it lets out his attack, as it will shoot a huge blaze of fire vertically above it.

Name: Gardevoir

Attack: Barrier
Details: Gardevoir walks around the arena with a big Barrier around it. Who ever sends it out should stand in its circle as it protects the user from projectiles and thrown items and send them back at the foe with twice the force.

Attack: Splash
Details: Goldeen is the worst Pokemon in the game. It just splashes around the arena doing absolutly nothing.

Name: Groudon
Type: Ground
Attack: (Does damage on contact)
Details: Groudon just simply stands there. He doesn't really move much but you antecedently knock into him, you take damage as he is on fire and intensely hot!

Name: Gulpin
Type: Poison
Attack: Swallow
Details: Gulpin doesn't move a muscle. That is until a foe get to close. He Swallows up a foe and chews on them, doing about 50% damage.

Name: Ho-Oh
Type: Fire/Flying
Attack: Sacred Fire
Details: Ho-Oh will fly up into the background. It releases a massive fire circle where it was released, doing serious damage if caught in it. Try to avoid the place where it was released or you will get burned!

Name: Jirachi
Type: Psychic/Steel
Attack: (No attack. May leave Stickers)
Details: Jirachi, like in the old game (Melee) just slowly flys away leaving a treat for you to collect. (stickers)

Name: Kyogre

Attack: (Shoots A stream of Water)
Details: Kyogre is very helpful. He will immediately start shooting a jet of water at the foes, probably pushing them off the edge. This goes on for a fair amount of time.

Attack: (Flies back and forth with Latios)
Details: Latias Flies off into the distance, then flies back with Latios. The two dragon Pokemon will shoot back and forth from one side of the stage to the other, knocking any character in the way.

Details: Latios Flies off into the distance, then flies back with Latias. The two dragon Pokemon will shoot back and forth from one side of the stage to the other, knocking any character in the way.

Name: Lugia

Attack: Aeroblast
Details: Once released, Lugia will fly off into the background, and shoot a powerful green Aeroblast to the ground area where it was released. It does quite a bit of damage and knocks you back.

Name: Manaphy
Type: Water
Attack: Heart Swap
Details: Manaphy is a very cool Pokemon. And it is even cooler in Brawl. Once released, it will fly up to the top of the arena and use Heart Swap move. This attack is really neat. You and one opponent swap positions. So now you control your foe and your foe controls your character. Remember, this is only temporary. You still have your damage and your stock, but it gives you a chance to use your opponents attacks. But be warned, do not go jump off the edge trying to kill your opponent as it will count as your loss.

Details: Meowth is just another simple Pokemon that shoots out a series of projectiles at all foes. In this case, he shoots coins for his Pay Day move.

Attack: Earthquake
Details: Metagross stands where it is and slams his feet on the ground resulting in a small earthquake around him. If you are near him when he does this, you take damage and get get knocked upwards.

Name: Mew

Attack: (No effect. Leaves CDs)
Details: Mew, just like Jirachi and Celebi does nothing except leave a little treat for you to collect. In Mews case, it drops CDs.

Details: Moltres hovers where it is released. It is on fire and you take damage if you come into contact with it.

Name: Munchlax

Attack: (No effect. Wanders around eating item)
Details: All Munchlax does is walk around the arena eating items to his will. You can not throw it, hit it, and you can't take damage from it.

Name: Piplup

Attack: Surf
Details: Piplup waits for a second or two, than dashes in the direction its facing riding a jet of water. If you get caught in its wrath, you will probably get pushed off the edge.

Name: Snorlax

Details: Snorlax grows 3 times bigger and slams the side of the stage where he was released. If you get hit you take fair damage.

Name: Staryu

Attack: Swift
Details: Staryu takes aim at a foe and follows them until it locks on, then starts firing stars at will. It works just like the Super Scope item. It repeatedly shoots over and over until it runs out, then dissapears.

Details: Scicune shoots out a horizontal beam of ice in the direction it is facing. If hit you will take a good amount of damage.

Attack: Metronome (Night Shade, Magnitude, Sing, or Leach Seed
Details: Togepi attacks with Metronome. It could either be Night Shade, Magnitude, Sing or Leach Seen. All doing a good amount of damage.

Name: Torchic

Attack: Radiates Flames
Details: When released from the Pokeball, Torchic will surround itself with a blanket of flames, doing damage to any character to come into contact with it.

Name: Weavile
Type: Dark/Ice
Attack: Quick Attack
Details: Weavile jumps out of his Pokeball, and darts back and forth quickly. He is covered in and aurora of shadows and if any foe gets caught in the swift motion, they will receive damage and be stunned preventing escape.

Name: Wobbuffet
Type: Psychic
Attack: Counter
Details: Wobbuffet is still as a stone, until a character slams into it. If you knock this water drop looking Pokemon, you will take damage and get knocked back.
